MEET THE TEAM
Since founding Rina Caldeira Attorneys in 2006, Rina has been dedicated to
partnering with educational institutions to provide specialised legal counsel. Her
practice is focused on helping schools navigate the complexities of labor law,
governance, and compliance in an ever-changing legal and educational
environment. She assists schools to proactively manage risks and adapt to new
challenges, allowing them to concentrate on their core mission: educating the
next generation.
She is fluent in English, Italian and Afrikaans.

Stefania is an admitted legal practitioner and conveyancer in the High Court of
South Africa, with an LL.B from the University of Johannesburg (2014). She has over
nine years experience specialising in conveyancing, commercial law, and legal
compliance. She has led legal and conveyancing departments, managing
property transfers and regulatory compliance. She possesses strong expertise in
drafting legal documents, negotiation, and client consultation, with a focus on
providing exceptional service and attention to detail.

He brings extensive expertise in consulting with prominent educational institutions,
providing strategic counsel in the development and implementation of policies,
labour law, and general legal matters. As a seasoned attorney, admitted by the
Gauteng Division of the High Court of South Africa on 12 January 1999, he has
extensive experience, offering tailored advisory services to the educational
sector. Lucio has in depth knowledge of commercial and business practice and
is fluent in, English, Portuguese, Italian and Afrikaans.

Danny joined our firm in March 2023. He is a second-year candidate legal
practitioner with a strong interest in educational law and specialised legal services
within the educational sector. He earned his LLB degree from North-West
University in April 2019 and completed his Bachelor of Laws degree in October
2020.
